Message from the Founder
Welcome to Edu Call Uganda!
Our mission is simple yet transformative: to empower female small-scale farmers by providing them with the resources, skills, and financial support they need to thrive
As a strong advocate for agricultural development and financial inclusion, I founded Edu Call Uganda to address the challenges that many women farmers face—limited access to quality seeds, training, and markets. These barriers have hindered their progress for too long, and that’s why we took action.
At Edu Call Uganda, we believe in the power of women to drive change in agriculture. By equipping them with the right tools and opportunities, we not only enhance their productivity but also build stronger, more resilient, and sustainable farming communities.
A special thank you to D-Prize for sponsoring this program and to our valued partners—Yara, Maska Farm Stores, Nakifuma community leaders, and Nakifuma Women SACCO—for their unwavering support.
Thank you for joining us on this journey! Together, we can plant the seeds of change and build a better future for agriculture in Uganda.
With gratitude,

Thurayyah Zawedde

I used to plant low-quality seeds that gave me poor yields. Thanks to Edu Call Uganda, I received improved maize seeds and training. My harvest has doubled, and I now earn more from my farm!

Before Edu Call Uganda, I struggled to afford quality maize seeds. Now, with their seed loan program, I’ve increased my harvest and can support my children’s education. My farm is thriving!
